We always ensure detailed checks are performed on tenants and target working professionals who will look after your property, alongside this we also work with cleaning companies and ensure regular inspections are performed on all properties.

While we work on bespoke contracts and get the right balance for you, the main focus is around 5 key areas below;

Secure your monthly rent - We work to achieve monthly rent for you, even if there is no tennant in the property we can pay the rent giving you worry free returns every month. (Get in touch to learn about our T&C's).
Source and manage your tenants - You don't need to worry about the day to day management, we work with both letting agents across the country & direct to source the right tenants and always check references through strict a due diligence process to ensure each tennant fits the right profile.
Day to day management - We manage day to day issues, we work with management companies across the country who are local to the area and can support with visiting the property when required so you don't have to.
Decorating your property - We contribute to decorating your property and light refurb work such as painting, replacing doors, installing alarm systems etc. We only ever rent high quality properties so if yours is not to that standard don't worry we can work with you to bring it up to specification that will be appealing to great tennants and above all compliant with all regulations.
Contracts - Everyone's situation is different, as well as their property and location, hence we design bespoke contracts that give Ironvest Properties Ltd and you the best achievable outcome. Our aim, alongside you is to ensure your property is set up to a great standard and is fully renting with great teams in place.

The Process

If you’re interested in working with us to secure your monthly rent then we will:

Initially discuss your situation and how we can help you
Meet face to face to work through options in detail and also to view your property
Write down some basic assumptions of a contract that can work for you and Ironvest Properties Ltd, we are flexible with this and work to achieve a balanced approach
We will engage our best solicitors to review the detail in the contract and work with us to write up all terms and conditions
Once complete we will then work on the terms discusssed and agreed carry out any decoration and refurb work to get the property ready to rent
We will then take over all day to day management of your property and pay you a fixed monthly rental for the period stated within the contract
We will provide regular communication
