- Source and manage your tenants / guests - You don't need to worry about the day to day management, we directly source the right tenants and contractor guests who always go through a strict due diligence processes to ensure they fit the right profile.
- Day to day management - We manage day to day issues, maintenance and communication, so you don't have to.
- Decorating your property - We contribute to decorating your property and light refurb work such as painting, replacing doors, installing alarm systems etc. We only ever rent high quality properties so if yours is not to that standard don't worry we can work with you to bring it up to specification that will be appealing to great tenants and guests, above all compliantly.
